Richard, Julian, Oliver, Nicole make sure every one of our customers gets the right parts first time & fast.

Richard
Manager
Our Manager, who has been with the business for 20 years and been in the trade for 35 years. Richard was in the trade before he went to become a mechanic and MOT specialist for 15 years before returning to being a Factor.
Julian
Counter Assistant
Julian has been in the motor trade for over 45 years, for part of which he was a paint specialist. He’s insanely knowledgeable and will always find customers a solution to their challenge. Julian has been with Spilsby for six years.
Oliver
Counter Assistant
Oliver recently joined the team and has been a member of ‘the family business’ for just over a year. Has been trained by Richard & Julian, is a fast learner and already a very valuable member of the team.
Nicole
Counter Assistant
Joined Spilsby Motor Spares from school and has now been with the business for over 10 years. There is little she doesn’t know about the motor trade and is an expert factor.
Our delivery team
Backing up the counter team are our dedicated drivers who literally deliver our promise of same or next day delivery across 20 square miles of East Lincolnshire from; Alford in the North to Stickney in the South and Horncastle in the West to Skegness in the East.
Our drivers include Roseanne who has been with us for two years, she’s bubbly builds great rapport with customers. Rosanne works alongside Kayleigh, our newest recruit, who joined us in August 2022. Whilst Kayleigh is new to the industry she's enthusiastically learning the ropes.
